  • Posted: 24-hr local responsible-party contact, address, max occupancy, parking rules, trash rules, quiet hours
  • Occupancy limit posted and enforced per jurisdiction formula
  • Off-street parking provided per jurisdiction requirement
  • Trash storage screened; bins out only on collection day
  • No outdoor amplified sound; quiet hours observed (typically 10 PM – 7 AM)
  • Pool / hot tub safety: covered when unused, chemicals logged (if applicable)
  • Septic system pumped within recommended interval (if applicable)
  • Annual self-inspection completed and on file
  • Estes Park Vacation Home License active (annual renewal)
  • Occupancy posted: max 8 OR 2 per bedroom + 2, whichever is lower
